Reports, Planet Mobility is known by many to strongly care about the
customers they serve that is why this group known as "Gods Hands" is
giving back to Planet Mobility what Planet Mobility has given freely
for so many years. As seen on the Morey Povich show Planet Mobility
gave a poor family a new Dodge van equipped with a power wheelchair
lift for there daughter who has a rare diesis that causes all her
skin to boil with sours in turn has caused all her fingers and toes to
grow together confining her to wheelchair, even her esophagus requires an operation every three
months because it to is skin. Imagine the torment this little girl
has faced. Mr. Woods president of Planet Mobility is paralyzed from
the neck down and simply could not keep himself together on the show,
breaking down in tears for this little girl and rolling away in his

Through It. A Great Big Thanks To
Planet Mobility |
Attention: Planet Mobility Management, I want you to
know that your staff have been outstanding. Mike and Stacey came to
my rescue. I called your office very upset because I was in the
middle of a Kroger parking lot and my Harmar lift would not work. I
have to admit that I was very rude and said some things I should not
have but both Mike & Stacey were both very kind and helpful. By
following directions from Mike he had my lift working in less than
15 minutes. I have never thought I was making a mistake with
purchasing this lift from this Planet Mobility. Stacey even called
me a couple of days latter to ask me if my lift is still working and
to make sure I was satisfied. Thanks again for the great service. |

My Thanks To
Planet Mobility Saving My Vacation |
| I am very grateful to Mike Woods at Planet Mobility.
I was an my first vacation in Fifteen years and my daughter bought
me a scooter for my vacation and it is amazing I love it. I arrived
to our first stop "Jamaica" and unfold my scooter and it would not
work, my heart dropped to the ground I could not believe it. My wife
called Mike At Planet Mobility and he had a brand new scooter
delivered the next day "WoW" Thanks Again To The Planet Mobility

World Wide Seating Has The Worst Customer

| Eight months ago I was facing major nee surgery as my knees have
gotten so bad it was bone on bone extremely painful. I was looking
to purchase a new scooter and purchased one from World Wide Seating.
I waited 10 days as it never arrived I called and was told by Amy
that it was on its way Never arrived after many calls I finally
Canceled with World Wide Seating And ordered from Planet Mobility
who came highly recommended. My scooter was delivered in three days
with no shipping cost to me at all. Now That's Customer Service. |

| I Will Never Use Anyone Else Other Than
Planet Mobility |
| I just wanted to say thank you to Kim. Me and my husband had not
seen my oldest son and his family for nearly three years. On
December 2nd my son and his family flew in to visit me and my
husband. The very next day my wheelchair stopped going forward, it
would only go in reverse. My husband David and my son James spent
four hours trying to get it working when they were done it would not
go forward or backward. I can not do "Anything" without my
wheelchair. I called independence resource the company we purchased
the wheelchair from but the phone just rang. I remembered a company
my physical therapist had told me about Planet Mobility. I called
there toll free Line at 8:34 PM and Kim answered my call, I told her
my problem and she was kind and tried to find someone in my area
that could look at my chair. She spent 45 minutes trying to find
someone but was unable she then called one of her colleges Paul and
had him phone me after 30 min with Paul on the phone with my Husband
and my son they got my chair working again. I was so happy you have
no idea how happy I was and they refused to allow me to pay them
anything. Thanks to Kim and Paul at Planet Mobility I was able to
get back to enjoying my oldest son and his family. |

| I Received My Keys The Very Next Day.
Thanks Again To Everyone At
Planet Mobility |
| I just wanted to thank you for getting my replacement keys here
the very next day. It also was remarkable kind of you not to charge
me anything at all not even for the overnight shipment of the keys.
Because of my Planet Mobility scooter, I have been able to enjoy
vacations from Florida to the Alaskan coast. Airlines can easily
accommodate this portable scooter with its dry cell batteries. After
I use it to actually board the plane, they stow it below with the
baggage and then have it waiting for me when I disembark. And once
at my destination, its small size and light weight make it a
practical solution for getting about. It easily fits in the trunk of
a taxi or rental car, maneuvers well down narrow restaurant aisles,
and takes minimal storage space in a hotel room. Whether touring on
an Alaskan cruise, or enjoying e boardwalk at the Corkscrew Swamp
Sanctuary in Naples, Florida, my scooter has always been reliable
and convenient transportation. |

Hello Michael, I just wanted to let you know that I
think Planet Mobility is the best thanks to you. Thanks again for
getting me a replacement scooter within two days. My Lexis Light has
been Incredible. This fall I took a trip and went to Washington D.C.
and Sydney Australia, My Lexis Light followed me all the way. I can
honestly say that this scooter will do everything that the
literature indicates and then some. We even went and visited the
rain forest ( see the attached picture) in Australia. |

| We Received Our Scooters Just In Time.

Dear Planet Mobility, both scooters arrived just in time for our
cruise around the Hawaiian Islands. My husband and I are both
grateful to you as we had no idea what we were looking for. We are
both handicapped and we needed the help getting around on these
large cruise ships. The Lexis Light was the perfect choice. They
proved to be easy to drive and were small enough to maneuver the
small corridors of the ship.
We had to leave our scooters outside the cabin, but all we had to do
was snap off the batteries, take them into the stateroom for
charging overnight. It was so easy. We had to make a last minute run
to Longs Drug Store from the ship before it left port. It was eight
blocks through two signals. We rode our Lexis Lights to the store,
shopped, and then back to the ship. No charging was necessary other
than the overnight charging. Our friend was able to fit two
suitcases, a tote, plus the two Lexis Light Scooters into the Trunk
of her car. We had to take both scooters apart, but it was easy
because they are lightweight. These are the perfect answer for us.
We can't walk far, but are not ready for wheelchairs YET! |

Fixed The Next Day. |
| Dear Planet Mobility I cant thank you all enough. The very next
day you had Steve out to my home and my Voyager ceiling lift fixed.
Before buying this lift I spent months researching different types
of lifts. You see I am disabled and my wife has to use this lift to
get me in and out of bed every day. My first problem and you guys
really gave me great service I want to thank Stacey, Tracy, Amber,
Mike and Steve. I have never had a company give me the service and
peace of mind that I have received from Planet Mobility. Thanks
again for being so courteous, friendly and helpful. |
